10 Step Glow Up

Look and feel more stunning, healthy, happy and confident with this easy 10 step glow up! Transform yourself inside and out to be the best version of you! Remember though, that your already amazing and perfect, this is just going to emphasis this for you!





1. Drink water

A glow up begins inside, then out and 80% of us is made up of water, so staying hydrated is super important to help you look and feel your best! You should be drinking about 2L (8 cups) of water a day, this will make your skin clearer, healthier, prettier and helps flush bloating.



2. Sleep

Get your sleep!!! This will help decrease your under eye bags, make you have more energy and feel and look better, make sure you are getting at least 8 hours of sleep a day. Sleep help's you with stress, your mood, immune system and you even learn in your sleep!!



3. Whiten Teeth

Having a big friendly smile makes you look amazing no matter what, but making sure your teeth are white can make you look even more amazing and will make you more confident to smile! To achieve this make sure you are brushing your teeth for 2 minutes in the morning and at night, you can also use whitening tooth paste!



4. Posture

Posture is so important and instantly makes you look confident. My primary school teacher used to say 'raise your dots' this means imagine you have a dot on your shoulders, middle of your forehead and chest, and always remember to 'raise' them, as if you are a puppet and you have string being pulled from those spots with 'dots', you can even stick little dot stickers on to yourself as a physical reminder to 'raise your dots' I hope this helps you with your posture!



5. Eat Healthy

6. Set achievable goals

Be realistic, don't give yourself crazy diet plans or anything, write down all your goals and break them into smaller parts so you can really challenge yourself to achieve them instead of trying to do something instantly with no plan.



7. Confidence

Surround yourself with friends that help you be confident and positive about yourself, one of the biggest parts of your glow up is believing in yourself! I love sticking up cute positive quotes everywhere to help with this. Buy clothes that make you confident and happy. Confidence honesty is so attractive and makes you seem so much more fun to be around, so make sure to not be down upon yourself cause your amazing!!!



8. Exercise

Regularly exercise, playing sports or dance can be a great way to make this more fun if you don't enjoy exercising, or get a friend and go to the gym together or runs on the beach.



9. Skincare

10. Clean

Deep clean your space, for me just cleaning up helps me feel so much less stressed, happy and clear minded. Clean and organize your room, locker, bags and draws. But also make sure you are cleansing your skin.
