Edible Cookie Dough

This delicious, chocolate cookie dough is perfect for cookies, edible cookie dough or my favorite 'ice-cream' cookie dough! You can modify this recipe and make it as healthy as you want!


  • 2 1/4 cups flour (I used plain)

  • 1 cup butter (almost melted)

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons milk

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups chocolate chips, you can change this depending on how healthy you want to be or what your favorite topping is to have in your cookie dough! You can use dark chocolate, milk chocolate, white chocolate, smarties/m+m's, sprinkles, crushed oreos, walnuts or literally anything and even add a mixture!!


  1. Heat flour to 74 degrees Celsius (flour can have a lot of bacteria so we want to kill that to eat it as raw cookie dough)

  2. In a big bowl mix butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract and milk and mix together with electric mixer

  3. Add salt and flour to mix and continue to mix with electric blender

  4. mix until all combined

  5. add chocolate chips (or other toppings) and mix further until they are evenly distributed in the mix

  6. put cookie dough mixture in a bowl (to eat like ice-cream out of a tub) or roll into little cookie dough balls

  7. Put in oven, fridge or freezer

  8. and enjoy!!
